A word on our suppliers:

We are incredibly lucky to live and work in a part of the world where we have access to the most amazing ingredients and producers, and we don’t take it for granted.

Tom calls Argos in the Fish Shop in Bantry everyday to see what fish is freshest. The boats land in Castletownbere, it comes to Argos and then to us. It doesn’t get fresher!

Our mussels come from Roaring Water Bay near Baltimore.

Tommy and Teddy supply the pub from their boats on the pier with an array of seasonal shellfish – langoustines, shrimp and scallops and more.

All of our beef, pork and chicken comes from O’Donoghue’s in Bantry who also rear and butcher their own animals.
